Oh no! I'm so sorry...no matter what- it's always too soon. What a beautiful girl she was, and one of the most photogenic dogs I've ever seen. Hugs.
ReplyDeleteSo sorry, Aarene. Your pictures are beautiful. An apple tree is an excellent idea. Wishing you all peace and sparkling memories.
ReplyDeleteMy heart goes out to you and Santa Jim. Mimsy had a good life surrounded by love.
ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry. Losing a dog is heart-breaking and the wound never really heals. One of my dogs has been gone for three years and some nights I swear I can still feel him sleeping next to my leg. It looks like you have lots of wonderful memories and pictures, though, and I hope the apple tree you plan in Mimsy's memory grows big and strong:)
ReplyDeleteI am so very sorry for your loss, and so very glad Mimsy had you to love her for so much of her life. She has taken a piece of your heart, and of your readers' hearts too.
ReplyDeleteRun free, Mimsy.
Thinking of you and your good dog.
ReplyDeleteYour heartfelt words made me cry too. Thank you for loving Mimsy every moment, she knew it, and will always be in your heart. So sorry
